We are glad to be finally starting this project in the picturesque town of Bradford-on-Avon. It's been 14 months of planning and consultation due to the topography of the damaged property, the engineered scaffolding and road closure. We will be working on-site for an estimated 5 weeks.

Huge congratulations to Nemesis Racing on their incredible victory at the STEM Racing regional final on 23rd January 2026! We're proud to sponsor such a dedicated, innovative and resilient team - your hard work and teamwork have truly paid off. Wishing you all the best as you prepare to race in the National Finals - let's keep the momentum going!

In an industry full of noise, the real differentiators never change, workmanship, service, genuine customer engagement, and the accreditations that prove we hold ourselves to the highest standards. At CWA, we’re committed to standing out for the right reasons. That’s why we’re proud to announce that we are now officially accredited by the Federation of Master Builders (FMB). This recognition reflects the quality, integrity, and professionalism we bring to every project, and our ongoing commitment to raising standards across the construction and restoration sector. Onwards and upwards as we continue building trust, delivering excellence, and setting the benchmark.

We are thrilled to announce that Craig Worboys Associates has officially joined forces with Team Nemesis. We are providing sponsorship to this school's STEM racing team, providing them with much-needed team shirts and more. We are proud to invest in the future of young engineers.

Training and knowledge are key in any business moving forward, that is why we have taken the steps to join the BDMA (British Damage Management Association) and have been accepted as a Corporate Associate Member, with a dedication to enhancing our training programmes for staff to give our clients the reassurance and confidence that we are one of the best contractors to work with. We are working on a comprehensive training programme for all staff starting next year so that we can apply for full membership and chartered status with other accreditations and governing bodies.

We are really excited to have been awarded a new contract to
carry out structural repair works to a grade 2 listed house in Bradford-on-Avon
that has suffered impact damage.
Due to the house's position next to the road and the complex nature of the job,
it will require a road closure, engineered roof scaffolding, and possibly the
closure of a footpath.

We are delighted to announce that we have recently opened a new office in Bath. We have long specialised in working with heritage and listed buildings and in recent months we have increasingly been asked to work on properties in the South West. With this increase in work we decided that an office centrally located within this region would offer a better service to our clients. Our new office is located at 1 Queens Square, Bath. This new office has allowed us to increase the areas we work with to include: Somerset, Wiltshire, Bristol and North East Devon. As well as the areas we already cover which are Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey and West Sussex.

After an electrical fire caused damage to a home in Farnham, we were instructed to strip out, clean and complete the reinstatement works. This complex job required us to strip out the damaged rooms and complete a rigorous cleaning of the smoke and soot-damaged rooms using specialist cleaning techniques, including deodorisation using thermal fogging. We also needed to complete reinstatement works to all bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor and replace some damaged windows and doors.

We are proud to have recently joined the FSB (Federation of Small Businesses). The FSB are a not-for-profit organisation committed to supporting small businesses and providing the tools and advice needed to help your business grow.
We are very excited to be part of the FSB and to collaborate with a network of like-minded entrepreneurs.

We are pleased to announce work has started this week on our latest project in Woking. Work includes repairs to the flat roof to the rear of the Sainsburys Local and the addition of a SIKA anti-slip product with guarantees.

After a WW2 bomb destroyed the two homes that stood next to this property in Maida Vale, further structural repairs were needed to be carried out to stabilise the historic party wall further.
Works that were required included: Heli bar bracing/stitching to the side gable wall and render repairs. New timber A-frames were also required in the loft to tie the top of the gable wall in, as well as roof and leadwork repairs. Heli-bar strapping and brickwork stitching was also needed on the old chimneys to tie them back into the original wall. On completion, the entire rendered gable wall was finished in a storm-dry weather coating. Part of the project management of this job required party wall approvals and full scaffold design.

We have recently completed work on a commercial project in Bordon. We were employed to complete the project after the client renewed their tenancy, and a complete survey was carried out. The survey identified that the building required several updates to meet building regulations. We were tasked to install a new fire alarm system, create means of escape corridors and install new fire doors throughout the building and then seek full compliance certification from Building Control.
