Brief description of the project: The owner of the home was older and suffering from mobility issues. We were tasked with completing a series of adaptions to their home and garden to improve access to their home.
Brief description of the project: The house suffered a fire that caused significant damage to the property from smoke and water. We stripped back the damaged areas before completing the restoration. Which included the replacement of a structural section of the roof, new windows and doors, cleaning and thermal fogging to smoke-damaged rooms, new bathrooms, and carpentry, including bespoke fitted wardrobes, flooring and decoration throughout.
Brief description of the project: We were tasked with completing roof works to property in Woking which had been leaking into the Sainsburys store situated below. We completed a series of works to the flat roof, which included some localised repairs, resetting of the stone parapet wall caps and the preparation and installation of a Sika Liquid Plastics Decothane Ultra Top-Up 10 / Sikalastic Rapid Coating System with an added Sikalastic Rapid Trafficable Waterproofing and Wearing System. A complex project which required us to liaise with the business below, and also communicate with the six tenanted properties, who required access to the roof area to access to their front doors. The Sika product installed offers a 15-year Workmanship and Manufacturer’s Guarantee and peace of mind to our client.
