  • Name of project: 6 Pannells, Farnham
  • Name of client: Crawford and Co
  • Value: £150,000
  • Duration of project: The project was completed within 6 months
  • Brief description of the project: The house suffered a fire due to a battery charger catching alight. This caused significant damage to the top floors of the property from smoke and water damage. We stripped back the top floors and protected the ground floor before rectifying all the damage. This included the replacement of a section of the roof. New windows and doors. All smoke-damaged rooms were cleaned and thermal fogged. New bathrooms, carpentry, including bespoke fitted wardrobes, flooring and decoration throughout. We also fitted new wooden floors and decorated throughout the ground floor where the damage from the fire was not quite as significant.
  • How you delivered the service and customer satisfaction: We worked with our staff and carefully chosen subcontractors to complete the project within 6 months and within budget. We worked closely with the homeowners to make sure the work was what they hoped for and they were happy at every stage of the process. The project was also of a sensitive nature due to one of the clients suffering a terminal diagnosis and wanting to move back into their home before Christmas. We were able to achieve this for them.
  • Successes: Completing the works in time for the clients to move back home in time for Christmas and the clients being incredibly happy with the standard of work achieved.
  • Client feedback: The Client was very happy with the work, and we have been asked to tender for jobs with them again
