Brief description of the project: The house suffered a flood due to a burst pipe. This caused significant damage to the property’s ground floor. The property had been stripped and dried out when we took on the project. There had been significant delays in starting the project before we came on board, and the owners were keen to move home as soon as possible. We worked to complete preparatory works, including rewiring, plumbing, and installing a new boiler, before plastering, replacing the kitchen and utility room, adding new flooring, and decorating throughout. We also added an internal bi-fold door. between the kitchen and the lounge to allow views out to the rear garden from the kitchen and bring in additional light.
How you delivered the service and customer satisfaction:We worked with our staff and carefully chosen subcontractors to complete the project within 12 weeks and to budget. We worked closely with the homeowners to make sure the work was what they hoped for, and they were happy at every stage of the process.
